Google Video视频链接添加播放时间参数控制

　　据Google Video Blog上介绍，现在在Google Video的视频播放链接地址结尾处可加入时间参数，以直接跳转到指定的时间段开始播放，无需等待前面的视频加载。
　　比如这个大卫哈塞霍夫的演唱视频的链接地址是这个样子的: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3941483107567412098#2m15，注意结尾处加粗的部分。
　　中国用户一如既往地不能直接观看，anyway, say ch-e-e-se~~~
