MT价格及授权体系变更

　　这篇是打着哈欠写下的，烘干机里的衣服还没烘完，声音吵得睡不着，所以就从sophoto那里track了一篇过来。MT3的Licensing架构受到太多非议，SixApart也不得不作出让步，虽然这种让步对免费用户来说毫不相干，不过也不容易了，我为人人，人人为我，大家彼此谅解吧，阿弥陀佛!_!
