周末无人值守，关闭评论及引用两天

　　在程序升级之前，实在没有耐心每次周末回来就得拼命删垃圾评论和引用(MT Blacklist会莫名其妙被自动关闭，垃圾蜂拥而入)，所以但凡周末只好出此下策，关闭comment和tb两个CGI文件的访问权限，一了百了，阿弥陀佛！
