PHP资源站: ColdScripts

　　和HotScripts相比ColdScripts的确很cold，HotScripts已经发展成为涉猎全面的资源站点以及技术讨论区，ColdScripts几乎是无法与之相比的，之所以记录一笔只是因为碰巧不可免俗地想看看hot的反义词有没有被人拿来做文章，好像CoolScripts还没主嘛~~~
