解决comment spam的王道

　　不是插件，不是改文件名，更不是GD验证码，而是Server Down!!! 绝对王道，spammer立见立死，建议广泛使用，争取在新年之前彻底消灭互联网，以便大家心无旁羁地接受“金色大厅”的醍醐灌顶。ISP, SH!T YOU and I WANT A REFUND!!! 无限生气和不停咳嗽中！SH!T AGAIN!
　　好了，回来做文明人，继续咳嗽拉肚吃大蒜头去~~~
